What cars do you regret owning?

for me its got to be a 1975 corvette,i was about 26 and thought it was fantastic at the time,but when i look back it was a terrible car,too flashy i must have looked a right tool! it wasnt quick,it didnt stop very well,sounded good tho!
more recently its got to be a mitsubishi l200 warrior,drunk like a fish and the turning circle of a basking shark

Renault Clio Mk1 16v. Lovely cars but I must have picked a lemon as in the year I had it, it was off the road more often than on. Despite low miles, FSH, etc. This was in 2003, so they weren't exactly ancient then either.

I can't really think of any that I regret owning,
maybe a few that I'm not proud of owning, like an FSO Polonez, but IIRC it turned a profit
so all's well that ends well.

If there was one that pissed me off it was the TVR T350 but it gave me 20k miles of the most fun i've ever had, trips to the Nurburgring, all over scotland, trackdays, it taught me how to drive, pulled some tidy girls because of it, learned a lot about cars and how they work but it cost me dearly in a rebuild and various other mods that i done...

Enjoy every car i've owned, regret none.

Rover 25 1.6. Not because there was anything wrong with it, but because I thought insurance would have been silly on a 200vi / 25GTi / 200 BRM. It wouldn't have and I should have gone for the hot version.

I've never owned a stinker... even my first car, £400 of tragically unhip mkII passat estate doesn't deserve slating, wobbled me around cheaply enough for 18 months. Sold it to some pikeys...

bought from ebay for £1000, turned out it was a bit of a lemon. needed a new clutch - pain in the backside to do but the clutch kit was cheap enough. sold it 6 months later for 1200 and in a lot better condition! it also did about 20mpg!

We bought a Mercedes ML320 to replace our aging E class estate a few years back and it was by far the worse thing i have ever had, it went wrong so many times the AA wrote to us to say they would not come out any more Mercedes main agent in Crawley were crap and even a little garage I have used for many years could not find why the thing kept on breaking down, never again, we have an XC90 now and its a great car for the family
