The first one's a car ad: young chic scantily clad on an billboard. The chick on the poster drives past with her mother and has to stop next to the poster. There is a look of horror as she realises her mother has seen her in her undercrackers on a poster; the mother, with a smile, replies "You got a job and didn't tell me?"

Haven't got a clue about the second option.
