Jap only city cars. This is brilliant
Discussion
I've always loved Japan's Kei Cars, but I've never seen one of these before.
A half scale VW camper with AWD and a supercharger. You may not agree, but I think it's bloody excellent.
If there are any other interesting Kei cars, please enlighten me.

I remember EVO and all the other car mags spaffling on about the Daihatsu Cuore Avanzanto TRxx as if it were the greatest car ever made - I would love to know how many are still about and how they stack up today!
There was a rally spec one in the classefieds last year for about £3.5K iirc. Have wanted one since I was a kid, just for the sheer audacity- it's almost like formula one in finding ways of abusing the rules.

Theres not many about, less than 100 official UK cars I believe, most ended up as rally cars prepped by Harry Hockley. Here's an ex-Hockley car.

The standard car is a hoot to drive, jumps out of the blocks quickly when launched right, they are nippy, but by no stretch of the imagination fast, losing alot of go after 60mph. Very secure handling, though you can hang the tail out somewhat

I've only driven a standard car, but I should imagine with basic breathing mods, less body roll and some good rubber that it would make a great b-road car.
