Its 0045 on a school night and someones car alarm has been going continuously now for ten minutes in the street outside. How much longer before I am justified in putting my 2 iron through the windscreen?

Or how about you see if the cars been broken into and alert the cars owner?

When my ZR was having alarm issues it would go off randomly, but we sometimes couldn't hear it because our rooms are at the back of the house.

I'd hate to live in your community, "the neighbours burgler alarm is blaring, ffs don't they know I'm trying to sleep?!" rolleyes

So even though you knew you'd never hear your alarm you kept it on because someone else will sort it out....bet you're a great neighbour. I'd hate to live in your community.

Kind of hard to turn it off when it has an immboliser with it's own back-up system that is very hard to terminate.
And it's not like we meant tk set the alarm off is it? Bottles of wine were given to the cul de sac as apolagies.

Have you checked the car outside to see if it's been hit/broken in to?

Appreciate the comments about actually investigating before throwing a wobbler, but every alarm I have ever heard has been a false one and the last thing you are bothered about at 1am having been rudely awoken is being pleasant about it, especially when it isn't your alarm and it is still going 10 minutes later with no sign of a break-in or the owner turning it off...

Yep, don't look out the window to check, don't roll over and try to ignore it.
Boot up the laptop, log on to pistonheads, and moan. That'll fix the issue =)

only kidding OP =)
