Only if the system has been designed by a monkey. So, given the UK government's IT purchasing decisions, possibly. You might need some insider knowledge to tweak the syntax.

Beautiful, but as others have said, you'd need a bit of insider knowledge and the hope that they're not sanitizing their inputs (odds are they're not though as they may not have considered this.
