Anyone know what this car is?

As per the title, this is a photo of a car taken in the Gents of a pub near me (It is on the wallpaper).



Can anyone settle a pub dispute?

Pub guesses.

1. Porsche. (Don't think so)
2. Early Datsun, 240z predecesser. (Not sure)
3. Bristol.

What do you reckon?

2 things. I think it's a Ferrari of around the time of the 250/275. And shouldn't this be posted in general gassing??

It's a Ferrari 275GTB

Post up in the Ferrari section, someone will tell you exactly what it is. My guess is a 275 GTB from the 60's.

but it looks like one of them crossed with a Datsun to me



i.e. some artist's idea of what a sports coupe should look like without being anything real.

No, it is quite clearly a 275GTB. There is no argument to it. Look at it!

Hmm, close call but a few things point to the Datsun & likewise the Ferrari
Datsun has larger side repeaters just in front of the front wheel, Ferrari has small slim ones,
Datsun has no "gills" behind the front wheel, Ferrari does.(but then the 1964 version doesn't)

Then a spanner in the works, Ferrari has 2 small bumpers as per the original pic, but the Datsun has a full width bumper.

TBH, I would go for an early 275GTB.

Looks like a long nose 275gtb, but without the vents behind the wheels and on the c pilar, its also missing a nose badge and is fitted with square hole cromodora alloy wheels

Its a 275 Gtb, the reason its slightly different is so that the nice people at the wallpaper company didn't have to write out a fat cheque to Ferrari fro the privilege of reproducing their image.
