cat c ford fiesta. 2002 model

Hi, I have only just joined this organisation & wondered if I could ask your advice. I have the chance of buying the above car for £1000. It is in immaculate condition with 12 months MOT. It is on Ebay for £1399. It has the VIC with it. It has 23000 miles on the speedo which I'm told is correct. I would really appreciate any help or advice you could give me. Thanks. Mark.

Very dubious. Steer well clear.

Might be well worth it. Then again it might be a bloody nightmare. Personally I wouldnt attempt to buy a cat C or D write off again unless I could view it along with someone who really knows what they're talking about before parting with any hard earned cash.

Got the link for the ebay advert? The desciption might give us some clues to it legitimacy.
