They are import only. There used to be a company that used to carry out variable quality aftermarket RHD conversions.

Yep there are some companies that convert them and find mugs to over pay for them.

Not my cup of tea tbh. Sure some are ok, but I suspect most are pretty horrid conversions, they also devalue the car and arguably might make it harder to sell. I'd also seriously worry about long term durability/reliability and being able to replace the custom parts used.

A pal owns a candy red with white striped Shelby Mustang that's right hand drive, its a really clean conversion that has been completed to a very high standard.

They appear to only sell to people wanting to do conversions as a business. No mention of where to buy a converted car or where to get your car converted

Sorry, it was just a quick google search to show it could be done. I didn't realise it was a trade link.

No need to apologise tongue out A very interesting site. Just odd that if they have a good business selling jigs and kits for conversion, there don't seem to be many googleable sites actually doing the conversion for punters.

That's because most people in the know wouldn't touch a converted one with a bargepole.

Many trucks are being converted to lhd but they are fitted with oem parts as there are lhd vehicles to start with . Don't think I would ever trust something custom on high powered vehicle . I wonder if the insurance would be valid in a crash

I was about to get all excited and see how much, but I have to say that I am completely put off them now. Shame, but I guess you cannot tell. Always heard of 'dodgy RHD conversions' from Integrales to loads of other things.

Think I would take mine in LHD, just done seventy miles in one, am in Atlanta and have to drop a colleague at the airport so took a scenic route, its a 5.0 GT, more competent than anyone would really give it credit for, pretty impressive and really shifts if you give it death whilst being pretty docile the rest of the time, sounds epic and even manages to be pretty agile, its only rental spec so no leather or gadgets and the interior is a bit low rent, then it is fairly cheap for the performance you get over here, the supercharged one must be epic, this allegedly does 100 in just over ten seconds, sixty in under five so is quite a performance heavyweight in its own right. Loads of low down grunt and even manages to love a few revs.
