I think it's Frank, actually. Brian has different headlights.

Panhard 24CT. Might be the 'Tigre' model - looks somehow more purposeful than the standard car.

Nightmare ownership experience by all accounts. They're quite reliable though - which is just as well as according to an owner I once interviewed nearly all engine work is an engine, manifold and exhaust-out job (the exhaust forms the engine cradle), and parts are scarce even in France. Most UK owners are apparently fluent in French for this very reason.

No, the Panhard was designed by Louis Bionier.
