Hi all,

Some time last night (8th Jan) someone hit our parked car and drove off. Came to it this morning to see this:

The bits on the floor are from whoever hit it, metallic green. Looks like they reversed out of the bay and hit it. When we'd parked up yesterday afternoon there was a Green Mondeo parked in the bay where, if reversing out without looking/too fast/drunk you would hit a car parked up.

So, somewhere most likely in Stevenage/Herts area there is a MK2 Metallic Green Mondeo with a busted rear bumper & light (Driver side)

If you spot such a car could you let me know the Reg please, I'd dearly love to remind them how impolite it is to run off.

Thanks.
Rob

Putting into the Herts section also, just adding here to reach the wider audience
And yes, I really should wash the car!

That's just typical, what's wrong with people?!

Good luck sorting it out frown

Unless you have a witness, I don't think that you would get anywhere just by finding a green Mondeo with damage on it.

Unless you aren't planning on going legal of course!

Well, I have the bumper parts still plus a piece of their rear light.

I'm counting on the car involved just being bandaged up, it was an older mondeo and with that damage is more likely to be covered in duct tape that fully repaired, the repair will probably cost more than the car is worth.

And yes, legal of course smile
