Hope someone can help,

The wife and I are thinking of running just one car between us, we both currently have full ncd. How long can you go without insuring a car as the policy holder and still retain your NCD? As at some point no doubt we will go back to having 2 cars I would not wish to loose any entitlement. Does anyone know how this works? TIA

Ask the insurance company whether both named drivers on the policy will keep their NCD. I can't see why they wouldn't.

Ultimately though iit will be a case of asking the insurance, just wanted to see what PHers thought/ knew as a starting point. smile
