Mini Cooper D ecu upgrade

Can anyone recommend a chip/ecu upgrade for the BMW-engined Cooper D? There seem to be many chips offering 140 bhp and 200 torques for £299 but I have no idea if they are any good. Anyone have any experience please?

Check out some Peugeot forums for more opinions because the engine is originally from them.
