Ever done anything stupid?

I know I'm relatively new but, as an insomniac, I've read quite few of these threads and have noticed a trend in some of them: let's bash non-gearhead idjots.

We're all guilty of that but also of making stupid mistakes ourselves.

This topic may have been brought up previously but I haven't seen it so I would like to start/resurrect it:

I was run over by my own truck and it messed me up. I'll explain if anyone is interested but in case this thread is doomed from the beginning, I'll save my breath/carpals.
