You reply to ad via e mail They reply back "The car is in Bulgaria, if you pay for its transportation up front/pay a deposit etc etc we can do a deal You forward them part/all the money Scumbag wanders off down to the nearest pub.
Perhaps they take your deposit and disappear. Or just bash you over the head and take it anyway. I don't like the fact that the seller is not a ph'er though, you can't check out their profile.
