Bet it's only an 8 valve too - I'm amazed at how many dealers don't actually know what engines are in the cars they are selling

Totally this. Had this problem looking at VXR Vectra's, and the amount of dealers that were listing their cars as 255bhp when it was clearly the 280 version was staggering.

How can i trust them to get anything correct when they dont even know what engine is in the car?
