memory test for the older person maybe

does anyone remember an engine reconditioner who was based in wolverhampton called frank glovers.
dating back about 40 odd years ago.
what happened to the machine shop.i think it was bought out by an undertakers,so maybe they went bust,or did they start up again under a diferent name.
would be interesting for your recollections
