Car for my Girlfriend for 2.5-3k.

Just after some suggestions really for a little runaround for my girlfriend, she has around 2.5-3k to spend max.

Requirements are:

Not too old
Cheap to run
Reliable
less than 60k miles
Not an old man mobile
She has only had a licence 6 months so think of insurance
