Tracker and vehicle recovery products

Question(s) for those in the know...

Tracker seems to be the market leader... but is it actually any good? and are there any other viable alternatives?

I've had both the Traffic master tracker ( formerly trackstar) and my current Tracker horizon system. The traffic master one was a brilliant system, with cretins in charge of the control room. The Tracker horizon is absolutely brilliant and the control staff are very very good as well.
