Just a quick heads up I've just been shopping in the big Wal-Mart in Manchester
Where I noticed that Castrol Magnatec 5W30 fully Synthetic oil was for sale at

£10 for a 4 litre can!

You sure that's full synth and not semi - AIUI "Edge" is the Castrol FS brand?

Magnatec 5W30 is basically Ford spec "fully" synthetic oil. It's different to the standard 10W40 Magnatec.

It's not a proper synthetic oil, though.
