Virtuosi Travel Abu Dhabi GP

On leaving the Autosport International Show at the NEC last month we chanced on a stand Virtuosi Event management, offering what appeared to be a good deal to the Abu Dhabi GP in November.

This is something my friend and I had talked about attending before, so we booked it there and then, as we don't meet up that often these days and it seemed a good opportunity.

The show was closing, so we paid our deposit without perhaps carrying out proper due diligence.

We are now experiencing great difficulty in obtaining an itinerary of the trip i.e documented proof of the verbal promises made at the time of booking.
The only real correspondence being a request for further payment, not the terms we had agreed this subsequently being rescinded.

This is not to say the company are not respectable or good at what they do.

I was just wondering if any one else had used this company for any events and could offer any feed back of their experience.

Booked Spa GP with them this year.
Used them a couple of years ago for the Monaco GP. No problems with them, except their sales staff think they have the gift of the gab, and don't like being told no!
They run lots of Corporate events.

I went Abu Dhabi in November with Virtuosi and had a fantastic time. Booked again this year. Never had any problems. Call Helen James if you have any questions she's really nice and always finds answers for you. You have to call the main number and ask for her, 01162603691. We book quite alot with them (Royal Ascot was another big one) usually to entertain but A.D. was a treat for myself and a business partner. They do Monaco GP too which we couldn't make this year but will probably tag along next year!

I remember explaining that as the event was over 6 months away that exact timings of flights etc could not be confirmed but the provisional enticement was handed to you on booking and emailed to you upon my arrival back to our offices. We used em last year for Monaco gran prix we booked 2011 when we got home there also dealing with my company's corporate travel so no never had a problem with them is oblackvette sure he even wanted to go? Monacos a expensive place maybe running a yank tank broke his bank...
