Looking out on my drive(including kids cars) I see BMW,Fiat,Ford,Jaguar,Land Rover,Mazda and Mercedes. Added to that are another 14 marques over the years so it appears I have no Brand loyalty whatsoever, don't know why I've never had a Saab or Alfa though!

OK...

Two Fiats
Two Rovers
Four Fords
One Vauxhall
One VW
One Audi
Four SEATs
One Toyota
One Mazda
Two BMWs
One Mercedes

and...one Porsche.

So 12. No real brand loyalty there.

Still working on this but I voted 20+.

Depends how you define "makes" - does Austin and Morris count as one or two? And how about Vauxhall and Opel?

Have owned sixty plus cars but not worked out how many makes - will have to check and come back later.

I think it depends on when and what vehicle, so its up to each to decide.

A modern Vauxhall is only a badge difference from an Opel. But Morris Minor is quite different from an Austin Princess.
