So, bumbling along the M62 yesterday, I passed a convoy of 6 Dutch registered trucks carrying two big tanks each labelled Uranium Hexafluoride. This was around J35 heading west about 0900

A few miles further on, a couple more of the same trucks, around J32

No escort, no security, just 8 truck loads of nuclear fuel base material

It will be heading to the bnfl Urenco site at capenhurst, end of the m56.

In this state it's no more dangerous than many other materials sent by road and is no use to a terrorist.

It might be hard to be stealthy with one of the trucks if you anyone managed to steal one....
