Treating Leather. Whats a good product?

I had t take the MX5 out today. It's a Phoenix so has the red/tan leather. I noticed it doesn't feel as soft as it once did and is getting wrinkled or creased in places. Is this just the nature of old leather seats or can i use leather treatment. I've never done it or had leather seats before so it's all new to me.
