If the courts will not deal with him (one of the most feckless and impotent aspects our of country) then at the very least his employer should sack him.

It looks like misconduct is indictable only, so it was either crown court or nothing, and clearly they couldn't drop this:

I am a bit disappointed, I expect he was having a bad day and felt he was above this sort of thing but he really should have imposed a punishment. The victim nearly lost £60 from the dishonesty, and it was deliberate and blatant.

Whose behaviour was the worse - the warden's or the judge's? It's a close call.

Aren't we all glad that we pay the salaries of these two worthless pieces of 5hit?

In my view the worse of the two is the judge. He, she or it should step down immediately. The warden should be demoted.

The warden "is no longer employed by the local authority".

Hope he is never employed again by anyone.

Hanging is too good.

How about hanging him until he is nearly dead but then letting him down to recover. Then make an incision from the top of his chest down to his groin. Then from left to right just below his rib cage.

All whilst he's still alive. Then remove his intestine by stretching them out and roast them over coals and show him his beating heart.

Keep him alive and bring all his living relatives and execute them in front of him. Then leave him to die.

I know some would say that's too soft but we need to start somewhere.
