Van lease/rental

I may be starting a new job soon doing soon doing some delivery driving work. I plan to use a van hired for me at first but I stand to make a fair bit more money if I've got my own van. Any suggestions as to a cheap way to get a hold of a Transit sized van? Not in a position to buy at the moment so would need to be monthly.
