PCD adapters?

For a trailer.

I have an opportunity of some cheap 13" trailer wheels in a larger diameter to the little tiny shopping trolley wheels on my trailer. They would give me more confidence at higher speeds (the little wheels spin like a spinny thing).

To make it work I'd have to change the hubs or get some adapters. Hubs would work out over £100 so not worth it but if I could get some cheap adapters, I'd go with it.

Any ideas?
