Driving home from work this morning, I had to do a double take of the local Reliant specialist garage.

Seems like some drunks must've decided the vulnerable little 3 wheelers would be their choice of entertainment for a while.

Makes a change from cow tipping I suppose hehe

I suspect the garage owner will not be particularly happy to find this awaiting him in a normally sleepy part of the country.

Apologies for the poor picture quality

Took me a second to work out what i was looking at.

Glad someone found amusement from destroying someone else's stuff...

Imagine how happy any other dealer would be

A shame it looks like the car will be damaged as a result.

The only top gear moment to consistently crack me up every time.

I was driving home after a long nightshift so my photography skills weren't at their best!

It's the first time in years this has ever happened so hopefully just a one off, I don't particularly like to see other people's stuff tampered with either.

There was other little Reliants tipped round the side that I didn't get in the picture but from what I could see none looked particularly damaged thankfully.

Yeah little place called Chapel Haddlesey.

It's been a Reliant specialist for years, now also deals with little French things that sound like cement mixers hehe

I'm surprised they don't chain it down at night, in fact I'd say they were pretty stupid not to.

That's someone's car, it belongs to someone who spent their hard-earned money on it. It's not a hilarious TopGear-style prank, it's fking mindless vandalism.

I heard somwhere that classic mini owners put lines of razors or barbed wire or whatever on the under side of the cars to stop people from doing this. Would solve the problem but I wouldn't think a very legal solution...

Just before the bridge. Makes for a fun encounter when you come over the bridge/hill coming towards selby, and a reliant is pottering out of the junction

We all take pride in out car's, and that to me is the same as running over cars or dumping smarts into the canals in Amsterdam..

I am not a fan of these but it is sad people do this..

My thoughts entirely. No different to keying or kicking a car.
