Nice, but there was an armoured Rolls Royce in the classified section a couple of years ago and it was less than £10K. I can't imagine the fuel economy would be up to much on the RR either, but £15K would buy you a lot of petrol.

I guess you probably wouldn't need first party insurance in either case

Having done some work to a armoured XJ8 I can quite happily say they are bloody awful. Soooo much heavier than the standard XJ. Also munch their way through suspension bushes as fast as they disolve feul

I quite like the FV432 up at £4500.... don't think I'd fancy the 3mpg fuel bills though

Very - 51 plate Audi S8 at 5k looks good value, and probably not messed around with like most other S8s at that level!

They can be registered. Used to see a couple of Q plates
