does anyone know anything about this or anyone that does?

the geometry for my car is perfect other that i'm running -1deg 50mins N/S and -1deg 6mins O/S

it might be that i have to buy fully adjustable top mounts, but they're expensive, and i only need to tweek the camber

i've heard you can add washers/spacers to the lower suspension arm where it meets the hub to adjust the camber

has anyone done this, or know of anywhere where the process is better detailed?

Do you think you will notice the 44 minutes difference that you have?

Dont think adding anything at lower arm ball joint to hub/kingpin will work, might be able to add at the strut to kingpin lower mounting point.

(Assuming this is on the front?)

ETA how are the ball joints on the lower arm?

Hi Dylan

BMW sell camber correction bolts for the E36 to equalize geo settings at the front. They allow +/- 30 minutes adjustment on each side at the front so would be suitable for you. You need to keep up pressure on the components as you tighten everything up as they are a joggle bolt and obviously allow some movement.

I used them on mine to get everything as close to spot on as poss when Curtis set my car up at Powerstation

By the way Dylan, they fit in number "5" in the bottom of the above 2 diagrams.

E30 - i'm guessing (i am talking about the front) that we're talking about the two bolts numbered 3 on the lower drawing. by the look of it, you'd put washers inbetween the suspension leg bracket and the hub bracket, pivoting the hub about the higher bolt to gain neg camber, though don't know what you'd do to reduce neg camber that way.

Smike - cheers, i think that's exactly what i'm looking for! gotta be better than buying solid top mounts for a daily. i assume the bolt is the same for all E36's? as i have a '94 m3

Hi Dylan

Yes, they do the same thing for the M3
