Which 4 seat diesel convertible £12k
Discussion
Thanks, yes EOS sounds a possible. Saab and Volvo no always reminds me of chestwigs and medallions. French cars - no it needs to go without bits falling off fir 2 years. I agree about diesel and convertible but it's a case of MPG she works and has to do about 20-25k miles plus does not want to constantly visit the forecourt. It's mainly cruising driving so hopefully not too often stationary with tractor noises
I'd go for the Eos, its a quality car and you get more for your money than you would with a BMW or Audi. Only problem is the 2.0 TDI 140 PD engine is quite noisy, and I don't think you would get the newer 2.0 TDI CR for that budget. Astra/ Focus/ Megane/ 307 etc = cheap and nasty in comparison to the Germans. SAAB 9-3 is OK. Volvo C70 good if you can find a new shape diesel within budget.

If one of these falls within budget that would DEFINITELY get my vote
Low mileage examples are just about in budget - but they do hold on to their money like a Jewish lawyer so should make for a good investment too. Head=Win, Heart (from a driving experience compared to rivals perspective)=Win.
