How would you describe this colour, and what do you think?

Yes yes, I know, it doesn't matter what other people think etc, I'm just a bit ambivalent about it and wondered what you all thought?

Looks a shade darker than 'polar silver' (Porsche)

My last SLK was that colour and its Iridium silver (I think)!

Reminds me of Ford 'Machine Silver' which is the same as Mazda's 'Tonic'.

Ok, well, it is in fact Tellurite Silver.

I've found an SLK (at last) that ticks all the boxes, and it's in this colour.

But I don't want a pale blue car.

A blue tinged silver is fine (which I think this is), but not pale blue, especially not on an SLK... boxedin

I think you know what I'm saying... getmecoat

Just wanted to make sure everyone wasn't seeing pale blue.

It is a silver blue I had one as I said. I thought it was iridium. Oh well. Can look silver or quite blue depending on light

It's metallic pastel blue. The sort of colour that your gran would choose on the way back from having her perm re-done...

That's interesting, that's exactly how it was described to me. Thank you.

The clk is blue the slk is the same as mine was. I can't say much as I traded it in for a brown car!

This is quite a good example of Tellurite Silver on an SLK...

Looks OK but a bit girly, probably get boring after a while. I think Mercs generally look best in standard Black or Silver, nothing else.

the 'bluey' silver is a great colour..always think that is the best colour on a Porker, the Polar Silver..looks so much classier than Arctic. Just enough difference from the default choice of silver to make the car look bespoke

Looks like Argento Nurburgring - a Ferrari silvery-blue colour and clearly the most awesome sounding colour name ever.
