What's a fair price for a quick sale of my M3 Evo vert ?

I want to sell my M3 evo convertible and wanted some ideas on achieving a quick sale ?

The car is an N reg with 137k and full history and receipts etc. Interior is great leather with a green hood.
The car had a recon vanos fitted by Mr Vanos less than a 1000 miles ago. It has a long Mot and several months tax. The car is 100% standard.

A couple of bad points. The roof gets stuck and it could do with a front end respray. I have decided I cant run this and the M5 so what do you think I should put it up for ?

Also think it will need a new clutch soon. It's a good solid car but it needs a little spent on it. I can't decide if it's worth me doing it.
After a recent £500 oil service and new gear linkage, I am thinking sell it cheap rather than do the work and hope I get my money back.

the roof and respray are obviously quite expensive repairs.

A lot of the M3,s are modified. The only mod mine has are the rare AC Schnitzer mirrors which were dealer fitted at almost 700 quid according to the invoice !

The vanos cost me around 800 so it's had money spent on it.
