Merc` flashing indicators.

Bought a 2004 Merc` C240 SE 3 days ago. All fine but today noticed all indicators constantly flashing (no audible alarm) and the only thing I`d done was transfer the remote control key to another fob. Is there a combination of buttons that I could have pressed accidentally to have triggered this? can`t find anything in the owners manual...thanks.
