Peter Jones and Tom Hartley arrange dying boy's wish

Always nice to see a nice story, even if it does have a tragic undercurrent.

The mother of a dying child put out a request on Twitter for someone kind to get him a trip in a Bugatti Veyron.

Dragons' Den giant Peter Jones picked up on it and asked Simon Cowell but unfortunately the X Factor fella's Veyron was in LA. Supercar dealer Tom Hartley came to the rescue and arranged for the special day.

It's a very sad, but at the same nice, a nice story.

Duncan Bannatyne is particularly prolific on Twitter, promoting charitable causes and campaigns.

Most of the time he retweets people bigging up his gyms and casinos but he also gets involved in arguments with people who slag him off. Can be quite funny!

Extremely sad to read that story. After the day with Tom Hartley i hope that Byron will have a happy memory of the day & his dream ride.

Well done to Peter Jones & Tom Hartley for having the compassion to do something special.

Just goes to show that there are people out there who care about the real world & i hope that Byron's parents take some comfort from the day.
