Seat covers

My car has side airbags, which are situated inside the front seats.

There appears to be seat covers that work with side airbags, but do they really? Does anyone know whether seat covers and side airbags work together 100%? Is it advisable to cover these airbags with seat covers?

Im looking at buying some seat covers, but I dont want to find that when my airbags fail to deploy due to the seat covers.
