Twenty years ago if a major road was needing repairs or alterations it would be worked on day and night to minimise the inconveneience and loss of business time.
However the last few years have changed so much that it is worrying that authority and management of projects has gone out the window.
There is a roundabout at the bottom of the A3M that has to be negotiated to turn left to Chichester, so a major route.
No one works on it at the weekend or at night and during the day only 5 people were there and 2 working!
The queues that form at the wekend are 3 miles long.
My question is "What can we as motorists/bikers do to change the fact that delays are actually being created"?
