Your favourite car magazine

Having only read TopGear myself, I want to try out a new magazine and just see how it varies from TG.

I heard AutoCar and evo are quite good.

So what is your favourite car mag?

Classic & Sportscar or Octane.

Just cancelled my subs to Evo - got every issue from No.1 but it just doesn't do it for me anymore. I think it's my tastes which have changed rather than the mag. I still reckon it's the best new car magazine out there, although recent issues of CAR are better than they were.

OP - Top Gear magazine is bilge. Try CAR or Evo.

Others worth a look are Octane, if you like old cars, and some of the dedicated Porsche mags are great; I think it's 911 and Porsche World I occasionally buy and it's always full of good reading.

I don't know, I'm toying with the idea of an Evo subscription but I find it maybe a little po-faced.

I can't read TopGear or Auto Express, one is like the Beano, the other just seems to make everything up. Autocar is a little dull. Octane, never tried it but probably should.

I subscribe to EVO and love it. Been buying it off the shelf previously since issue 6 (SWMBO ain't happy about my collection of well over a hundred magazines )

Octane, Evo, Classic & Sportscar, & not forgetting MotorSport either. I, for my sins, also buy Top Gar, Classic Cars & Car & i keep them all...

I have a motoring mags going back to the mid 70's. SWMBO is getting somewhat annoyed with me as the damn things are taking over the house.

Maybe i should get rid of them - along with my collection of over 2000 model cars!

I did get suckered into a Classic & Sports Car subscription at Goodwood (free tool kit!) but I've let it lapse as I can't afford anything in there.
