UKPC - What to do about this then?

Hello im new to these forums and i know this belongs probably in plod section but i cant.

Right UKPC has sent me a parking payment notice as i apparently parked in macdonalds for 1:50:00 exactly when in reality i went in once and left after 5 mins and the second time i went in i left after 30 min. There is no none return in enforcement on the area as to my knowledge if it is i was over 90 min away?? Basicly down to the point there demanding 50 pounds if i pay before 28th march if not 100.. Ive done my hwk and ppl say dont bother with them?

Ive seen some examples of the oh so scary letters with red borders? So how much toilet paper can i expect to receive before they give up if its not enforceable?

The more the merrier. Besides its only costing them money and giving you free toilet paper. If you really want to prove a point, use said toilet paper then mail it back to them without a stamp.

Okay! Might just have to keep this thread going when i get my all so scary now you must pay us 100 pounds letter.. I wonder if i could invoice them for making me sting with there cheap toilet paper?

Yep, bin it - don't even respond.

Only pay the ones issued by the Police or the local council, and even then they're worth contesting if you feel they're wrongly-issued.

Possibly about 10 letters , I had one and they made me an offer to pay the reduced sum of £40 , I wonder how many pay this just to get rid of them ??

It was for parking in a mother n child space , not that it was busy or I actually knew what the sign was
