Favourite weekend "toy"" for less than £20k?

What car have you always wanted to own but didn't buy, perhaps because it is too impractical, expensive to run or too nice to use every day. Most people need to use their cars everyday so have to compromise in some way but if you could have something tucked away in the garage to drive on that perfect day that makes you feel special, what would it be?
I used to have company cars so was lucky enough to own some weekend "toys" such as an MX-5, E30 325i Convertible and a Corrado VR6. I remember the BMW with most fondness, as I loved its 80s style (it was white with cross-spoke alloys) and it was just nice to cruise around in, especially on a sunny day. However, it was heavy to drive in traffic, didn't particularly handle or stop well especially in the wet and was quite expensive to run. It would usually lose out to the company car on a long motorway journey due to the wind noise from the hood and lack of air con but was a treat to drive on the right occasion. I have run faster cars since but find modern cars almost too competent (my Impreza does all the work for me and doesn't really require me to drive it properly). Even something like a 911 (which is a car that I thought that I may be able to realistically own one day) could now be a realistic daily proposition and somehow that makes it a bit less special in my opinion. If I was able to have another weekend toy, I'm really not sure what I would choose.
What would your choice be? It doesn't need to be fast, just something to enjoy, whether yo're into track or road driving. Lets set a theoretical £20k limit as I'm sure something like a 599 GTO would be amazing but out of reach for the majority of people.

Yes Sneaky Schnell. You're right. I like the top one in particular and I'm sure that it would feel rather special. Unfortunately it is just a hypothetical £20k so I won't be buying one just yet! I was just interested to find out what other people would choose on a sensible(ish) budget.

Maybe in the UK... In BG you can go pretty much anywhere as long as it isn't a national park, or a farmers field! Wooohooo!t.-Townie

I love 911s (currently have one) but one of their key strengths is that they can be used every day (and in fact they will thank you for it).Exhibit A & B below
