Isle of man registered cars in uk?

Hi there ,

contemplating buying a vehicle thats currently registered in the Isle of man and can remain in the UK registered under that plate for a year , could anybody tell me if it would be the same as any other foreign plate in relation to speeding cameras and parking tickets , congestion charge etc?

Also does anybody know what the Isle of man version of a V5 is ?
