Arghhhh - the first rattle....

My car's developed a rattle over pot holes.

It's where the locking wheel nut thingy has been left in my door pocket and bounces around on sharp pot holes.

I really should put it back in the boot properly

I don't think it's particularly acceptable after just 500 miles, budget car or not.

No I don't, I'm just trying to put myself in your shoes had it been me who'd bought the car. It all comes down to each customer's differing expectations of a vehicle I suppose.

Note to self: Don't buy incredibly cheaply made imported car when good, fun, cars are available second hand.

Oh wait, I already drive a British made car with no rattles at all, is worth less than the first years depreciation on a korean hatchback but does 140mph and handles like a goodun....

I had my first rattle 6 months ago (on a 2005 6 series with 80,000 on the clock), it's metal on metal and drives me crazy on quiet roads.

I thought Kias were supposed to rattle on leaving the forecourt, I would be pretty miffed that I had to wait until 500 miles before getting a rattle!
