Biggest thing is make sure you are the first registered keeper. This is vital - some companies play tricks with pre-registered demonstrator models which should not be sold until they are X months old so they remain the RK and keep the V5 until that date. Avoid this at all costs.
Also consider visiting your local dealer(s) and seeing how close they can get to the price.
