When I read things like this (from another thread) it makes me think that a Court of Common Sense would be a great thing.

A written prosecution statement, a written defense statement, delivered electronically or by post to 100 jurors. A majority of 75%+ secures a win.

In the case linked, if 75%+ of the jurors agreed that the car should be removed, it should be so.

If 75%+ of the general population (the jurors) favour any resolution surely there is a case for the law to be amended.

yet in the video the Holden (i hope) starts backing in and in another shot there is clearly a blue car in front of it. does mr nelson actually live there ?
