When I tried to add to a thread a moment ago I was diverted to the link above. It's a well known spyware aplication and if you get a message on your computer close it immediately and start again.

Run an anti virus programme?

Spybot Search and Destroy then AVG free should get rid of most things.

Its screwed AVG but spybot is sorting it out.
