Dyslexic Penguin?

On the way into the office today, whilst filtering around the M25, I went past a Rolls Royce with a private plate of P1 MGU

I have never seen a car like this before on the road - was very modern/new. Am curious:-

1) What car was it?
2) Does it belong to anyone famous? Or just some rich unknown?

Anyone know?

I did take a quick look in, but appeared to be just a driver, and as per thread title it did not appear to be a dyslexic penguin, although I suppose he would be quite little so I may not see if in the back seat.
