Quick question on Ltd and Limited company - buying a car

Hi all,

Probably a silly question but I am buying a car on Saturday from a trader whose last name is registered as 'Ltd'. I have been into the bank and had a bankers draft made out and the bank have the used the word 'limited'. Does this make any difference at all? The last thing I want is to go and pick the car up on Saturday and be told by the seller that the cheque has to say 'Ltd'!
