Has anyone else experienced this pain in the arse problem?

I'm guessing that it's a diesel Pug?

If so, the problem is quite common on the Focus fitted with the same engine - the PCM sits in a supposedly waterproof box, that sits in front of the N/S front wheel - not the smartest place to fit it really

Surely the issue is in the design and the Manufacturer is at fault?
