What car for 18k

I need a bit of insiration as i have just sold my Audi RS6 and obviously need a replacement.I have been looking at BMW 335 i/d but just cannot make my mind up.
Needs to be rwd as i am bored with 4wd

any thoughts

cheers for the reponses so far guys.I went from a 535d M Sport to the Audi and tbh i regretted it a bit mainly because of the massive spec of the BMW and the ride/comfort and also the 38 mpg.The Audi is an awesome car performance wise but 15mpg and £1.42/ltr realy don't mix very well so i want something a little friendlier on fuel but certainly doesnt have to be a diesel and i would also like it to have a bit of poke.Also needs to be slightly smaller than the 5 series and A6 bodies as they were very boat like in terms of size

i really don't like the E46 shape so the M3 is out.I have been looking at 911s but nothing any good is in my price range and i don't want to buy a shed.MPG isnt a massive factor although i would like mid 20s at least.I have also been looking at Jag XFs what are they like?
