Re-Sleeving cylider bores. Who to use ?

I have two 4 cyl dry liner engines that need new sleeves put in the bores, the engines are the old GM Cam In Head 2.2 litre as found in mid 80s Carltons and Rekords.
The engines are near Reading and will need to be resleeved at the same time as we have two cars to restore at the same time.
Can anyone recommend a good engineering co. to do this work ? we will supply the sleeves/liners.
