Name this track (a quiz thread)

I was inspired by the race I'm watching and thought that a brainbender thread should exist(if it doesn't already) based on locations.

This is an easy one,and the inspiration,(and my personal favorite venue due to it's stunning museum and lawn sculptures) because it's the one I'm currently viewing.

It was once a landfill, owned by a... landfill owner(refuse company) that decided he wanted to develop a park once it was filled. What an incredible park!

O.K., this is a throwaway, and I know everyone will get it but I wanted to inspire a new topic as well as remark on my favorite NorthAmerican venue.
